  瞭望东方周刊昨天(26日)发布2018中国最具幸福感城市,成都、宁波、杭州、西安、南京、广州、长沙、台州、铜川、珠海十座城市上榜。江苏太仓、浙江余姚、浙江普陀、浙江慈溪、浙江义乌、江苏昆山、江苏江阴、湖南长沙县、江苏张家港、山东荣成十座县级城市被推选为“2018中国最具幸福感城市(县级)”。

  上述2018中国最具幸福感城市中有没有你的家乡或者你在的城市呢?

  说到幸福感,这个词的定义虽然众说不一,每个人的标准都不同,但是咱们可以通过一些技巧来提升咱们的幸福感,比如下面这10个简单的妙招。


  1. Get out in nature 接近自然

  Being in nature reduces stress,makes you more creative,improves your memory and may even make you a better person.
